How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, email us at support@woodsoft.com with your order number and cancellation request. Our team will confirm the cancellation and process it accordingly.

Refunds

Once your cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Eligible Orders

Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or are part of a special promotion may not be eligible for cancellation. Please review your order details before requesting cancellation.
